Who can join?
We welcome girls ages 3 to 16 at all levels of experience. Whether your daughter is trying rhythmic gymnastics for the first time or already training at a competitive level, our program offers the right environment for her development.

Price Information & Benefits
Prices are subject to 5% VAT.
Eid Al Adha Holiday: 26–28 May 2026 (classes on these dates are not charged).
The 14-week full package, which offers the lowest rate, includes 4 make-up classes.
The 13-week package includes 3 make-up classes.
The 12-week package includes 2 make-up classes.
The 11-week package includes 2 make-up classes.
Make-up classes should be used during the active training package and cannot be carried over to the next term or used for camps.
Ballet & Dance Add-On is mandatory and included in the training package.
Fitness Add-On is optional.
Flexible Payment Options
For Term 3, we offer split payment options to provide flexibility for our families.
During uncertain times, it is important to support one another, and we aim to make our training programs accessible while maintaining the high quality of coaching and athlete development.

To join our club, you simply need to contact us to book a trial class or an assessment session. After the session, our coaches will recommend the most suitable group for your daughter. Once confirmed, you can proceed with the registration and select the appropriate training package.

Gymnasts are placed in groups based on age, experience, skill level, and physical abilities. Our coaching team evaluates each child to ensure they train in a group that supports both safe development and steady progression.

The assessment test is a short evaluation session conducted by our coaches. During this session, the child performs basic gymnastics movements such as flexibility exercises, coordination, strength activities, and simple gymnastics skills.
This helps our coaches determine the athlete’s current level and the most suitable training group.

Yes, we offer a trial class so children can experience the training environment, meet the coaches, and see if the program is the right fit before committing to membership.

Yes. Our gymnasts have opportunities to participate in local competitions and selected international events.

Our gymnastics club is located in GEMS Al Barsha National School and GEMS Founders School.
Due to the current situation our temporary location is Springdales school.
The facilities are fully equipped with professional gymnastics apparatus and designed to ensure safe and effective training for athletes of all levels.

Training fees vary depending on the program level and the number of training sessions per week.

Yes, we try to offer make-up classes whenever possible. If an athlete misses a session, parents should notify us in advance so we can arrange a make-up class in another available group or time slot, subject to availability.

Parents are allowed to observe only the first trial class of their daughter.
To help athletes stay focused and allow coaches to conduct training effectively, we kindly ask parents not to enter the training hall during sessions.

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our facility follows strict safety and emergency procedures. In case of any alert or emergency, children are guided to designated safe areas within the facility and remain under the supervision of our coaches until the situation is resolved. Our staff is trained to respond quickly and calmly to ensure the safety of all athletes.
We also understand that some families may feel uncertain about committing to a full-term package at this time. For this reason, we offer flexible options such as a trial class or split payment plans, allowing families to stay involved in training while making decisions that feel comfortable for them.
