Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Coach Sveta Rhythmic Gymnastics Club EST – Dubai, UAE
1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Fees are charged per term package, typically aligned with a school term of 11–16 weeks.
A term package refers to a block of classes scheduled within a defined term period.
By enrolling, the Parent commits to the selected term package.
Only registered and fully paid students are permitted to attend classes.
Full payment is required prior to participation, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in advance.
Where approved, payments may be made in instalments and must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
Fees are not adjusted for absences, travel, holidays, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Unused classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of class access.
Term packages cover regular scheduled gymnastics classes only.
Additional services and activities — including competitions, performances, shows, camps, uniforms, and related expenses — are not included and will be communicated separately.
Temporary Flexibility (Current Situation)
In light of current exceptional circumstances (as determined by the Club), the Club aims to support families where possible.
If a family relocates outside the UAE due to the current situation, the Club will not require payment of any remaining unpaid instalments, provided that the Club is informed in a timely manner and the relocation is genuine and not temporary.
This flexibility applies only during the current situation, does not apply to travel, holidays, or personal decisions, and may be withdrawn once conditions stabilise.
Once normal conditions resume, all standard payment terms will apply, and parents will be expected to complete the full term package as agreed.
2. REFUND POLICY
Fees are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances — such as medical conditions preventing participation (supported by a valid medical certificate) or relocation outside Dubai — the Club may, at its reasonable discretion, issue a credit note in place of a refund.
Credit notes may be used for future classes or services with the Club. They are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
3. MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make-up class eligibility depends on the selected term package:
Full term package (maximum duration): up to 4 make-up classes
Term package reduced by 1 week: up to 3 make-up classes
Term package reduced by 2 weeks or more: up to 2 make-up classes
Conditions:
Make-up classes must be used within the active term package duration (e.g., a 13-week term package must be completed within those same 13 weeks)
Make-up classes are subject to availability and scheduling capacity and, therefore, are not guaranteed
Make-up classes may be requested for any absence reason; however, scheduling remains subject to availability and class capacity
It is the Parent’s responsibility to request and schedule make-up classes in advance through official communication channels
Parents are advised not to delay scheduling make-up classes until the end of the term, as availability may be limited
Late arrival does not extend class time, and missed portions of a class are not eligible for make-up
Participation in competitions is considered part of training; therefore, no make-up classes will be provided for classes missed due to competition participation
Make-up classes not used within the active term package will expire and cannot be extended, credited, or transferred
The Club reserves the right to limit or adjust make-up scheduling to ensure class balance and quality
4. ATTENDANCE & CLASS RULES
New students may be required to complete an assessment for appropriate group placement.
Students are expected to attend their assigned group and follow the confirmed schedule.
Students must wear the required uniform and have all necessary equipment prepared for each class.
Each group is assigned a coach; however, the Club reserves the right to assign substitute coaches when necessary.
Parents are not permitted inside the training area during classes to ensure a focused and distraction-free environment.
Parents are responsible for following all venue or school regulations related to access, drop-off, and pick-up procedures. The Club is not responsible for entry requirements imposed by the facility.
Students should arrive on time for classes. The Club is not responsible for supervision outside scheduled class times.
5. COMMUNICATION
Official communication is conducted via WhatsApp and registered contact details.
Parents are responsible for staying informed of all updates and announcements.
Concerns should be addressed directly with the Club administration.
The Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, groups, or coaches when necessary.
6. STAFF COMMUNICATION
Parents are kindly requested to contact the Club during official working hours only.
Direct communication with coaches or staff outside working hours, including weekends and holidays, should be avoided unless in urgent situations.
For all inquiries, please use WhatsApp or phone at +971 52 440 6557 during business hours.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Club shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to government regulations, school closures, safety-related situations, or emergencies.
The Club may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduling or online classes, but this is subject to availability and scheduling capacity.
8. VENUE AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, the training venue may be unavailable due to school events or other circumstances beyond the Club’s control.
In such cases, the Club will inform parents as soon as possible. The Club may offer alternative arrangements or make-up options where feasible; however, this is subject to availability and scheduling capacity.
9. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SCHOOL BREAKS
The Club is typically closed on public holidays. Any updates or exceptions will be communicated in advance.
Classes will follow the regular schedule during mid-term breaks unless otherwise communicated.
During major school holidays (Winter, Spring, Summer), the Club may offer camps or alternative programs. Details and schedules will be shared in advance. Participation in such programs is separate from regular term enrolment.
10. BEHAVIOUR & TERMINATION
The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s participation without refund in cases of unsafe or disruptive behaviour, repeated failure to follow rules, or inappropriate conduct by the student or parent.
11. LOST PROPERTY
The Club is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and is used solely for administrative and operational purposes.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling in classes or continuing participation, parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
